What People Ask Us

I have never trained before. Can I still start?
Yes. In a private session the coach builds the program around where you are starting from, so the first session is set at your level rather than a class average.
What does a private 1-on-1 package include?
One-on-one training with your coach, a customised program, your choice of discipline (Combat Fit, Traditional Muay Thai or Gym), a personal goal to work toward, a flexible schedule, nutrition guidance, the coach of your choice, and stretching and light recovery after each session.
How much does one session cost?
A single private session is 700,000 VND. Packages bring that down — the 24-session package works out at 550,000 a session, and the 100-session package at 420,000.
Do you also run group classes?
Yes, at fixed time slots with online booking, capped at 6 people per group and three sessions a week (12 a month). From 2,000,000 VND a month. Mention it in the form and a coach will go through both options with you.
Where is the gym and when is it open?
Rhino has two branches, both in Tay Ho: 87 Alley 50 Dang Thai Mai, Quang An, and 23 Alley 52 To Ngoc Van. Both open Monday to Saturday 9:00–21:00, and Sunday 9:00–12:00.
