Lưu ý duy nhất là họ tập luyện 1 kèm 1, thỉnh thoảng mới có đấu tập nếu có học viên khác muốn đấu. Nhìn chung, đây là lựa chọn phù hợp với tôi, người đã tập Muay Thai khoảng 3 năm, tập trung vào kỹ thuật và rèn luyện sức mạnh.

Right on west lake in Hanoi. Specializes in kick boxing and Muay Thai. I had a 1 hr private lesson with Ares. Corrected my techniques. Did not realize how quickly 1 hr flew. Fantastic. If you are in town and need a quick workout/ practice whatever your level is.. beginner. Long time practitioner or fighter, go to RHINO. Friendly but expert trainers and staff members. There are 5 trainers here.
